VOIX DES FEMMES: a platform for women's voices

During the periodic event VOIX DES FEMMES, the experts from TERRE DES FEMMES Switzerland discuss with other renowned experts from all over the world about forms of gender-based violence. The objective is to present our key issues to members, affected women and experts as well as the interested public so as to carry out prevention work and raise awareness.

VOIX DES FEMMES was first launched in 2010 under the title of «Edna Adan: how women change the world», which discussed the issue of FGM. For 2011, we have invited the Turkish feminist and sociologist, Pınar Selek, with whom we will discuss the issue of honour-based violence under the title of «Violence and Concepts of Honour in Switzerland».
